Please allow 1-3 days business days for us to process your orders

Postage and packing is free for all UK customers

For UK customers, we’ll send your items first class with Royal Mail who aim to deliver in 2 to 3 business working days, however this can take longer, especially if you are in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or other harder to reach spots. Please only get in touch if your item has not arrived after 10 working days.

Non UK customers

Orders for customers outside of the UK are sent international standard with Royal Mail. They aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide in 6-7working days. ​

Please only get in touch if your item has not arrived after 25 working days.

Customers are liable for any customs charges that may be applied when ordering from outside of the UK.

Royal Mail and postal depots can experience delays and therefore we can't be liable for delays. Please allow 10 working days (25 for non UK customers) from dispatch for your order to arrive as they can still arrive on that final day.

We will make sure to deliver to the address given by you, and therefore can’t be liable for any incorrect details given during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Postage costs are not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
